Buss-Up-Shot - sometimes called Paratha is a flour dough that is rolled flat then cooked on a tawa, which is something like a griddle. When the rolled out flour is almost cooked on both sides it is busted up hence the name Buss-Up-Shot. It looks like a busted up shirt.
Dhalpouri - is a flour dough made somewhat similar to the Buss-Up-Shot, however, there is a thin layer of cooked ground split peas in the middle and at the end of cooking it is not busted up.
